PRE & ON-SITE REGISTRATION


VEP Associates Professional Services will provide the following services:

• Registration and Database Management — Minimum will apply

Registration Form will be provided to meet your needs, (if applicable).

We will manage your database that will include each registered attendee's name, address, telephone number, email, and other pertinent information.

When Registration and payment information is received, we will provide Confirmation Receipts (One for the attendee and one for your records) Postage billed separately

A Confirmation Receipt, supported with a financial summary will assist with your funds reconciliation.

• Name Badges Scanning — Fee may apply
For each registered attendee we will prepare a Name Badge enclosed in a clip-on badge holder. Committee must provide logo, if applicable

• On-Site Registration — Minimum will apply
Staff members will be on site to check in each registered attendee. We will manage the front area for you and your committee so everyone can be free to enjoy the conference.

• Merchant Services — Optional
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

• Financial Support
We are available to assist you with your accounting and financial needs, if applicable
