FEE
FOR SERVICE:
Our fees are based on each individual name entered into the
database.
PART
#1 -
MAILING & DATABASE MANAGEMENT (PER NAME)
MINIMUM: 50 NAMES REQUIRED
We
will maintain your database and provide you with completed
updates
- We
will manage your database which will include each classmate's
name, address, telephone, email, registration, tickets and
what other information you wish to track.
- This
will also cover your postage up to (3) mailings, a label
per name, (2) two envelopes per person one for mailing and
the other as a return envelope.
We
will provide you with a Registration Form to meet your needs
- Your
committee can charge a Registration Fee per person
(This fee can help you with some operational costs).
Envelopes will be stamped and ready for your committee to
mail. **
Note:
The Reunion Committee will provide all prepared
literature (copied and ready for mailing).
REGISTRATION
& FULL SERVICE MANAGEMENT
PART #2 -
REGISTERED/ATTENDING (PER REGISTERED NAME)
We
will provide full management of your reunion.
- Your
committee will provide us with one copy of each Registration
Form plus the Detailed Payment information.
- As
the information is entered into the database a Confirmation
Receipt will be generated. (One for your records and the
other mailed to the attendee).

We will provide you with a Confirmation Receipt Summary
Report. A Confirmation Receipt can be provided for any other
funds received, such as, Banquet Tickets, Tee Shirts, etc.
- Your
only responsibility will be to deposit the funds into the
bank and reconcile with the Confirmation Receipt Summary
Report.
We will provide you with (3) three mailings per
person (Stuffing & Literature)
__1st
Mailing: Registration Form, Questionnaire, Announcements and
Return Envelope.
__2nd Mailing: Confirmation Receipt, Flyer and Announcement.
__3rd Mailing: Updates and Final Announcements.
**The
Reunion Committee will provide all prepared literature (copied
and ready for mailing).
We
will provide Name Badges
For each registered attendee we will prepare a Name Badge
enclosed in a clip-on badge holder. Committee must provide
logo, if applicable. We will charge a one time set up fee.
We
will provide On-Site Registration
A
staff person will be on site to check in each registered attendee.
We will manage the front area for you and your committee so
everyone can be free to enjoy the reunion. We will also provide
each attendee a complete registration package provided by
your committee, if applicable.
PART #2B - REGISTERED/NOT ATTENDING (PER NAME)
- This
service is limited to those who are not planning to attend
any of the above events but wish to receive the registration
information issued - including a name badge.
- A
Confirmation Receipt will be generated. (One for your records
and the other mailed to the attendee).
- We
will provide you with a Confirmation Receipt Summary Report.
A Confirmation Receipt can be provided for any other funds
received, such as, Banuet Tickets, Tee Shirts, etc.
OPTIONAL
SERVICES
We
can provide color coded name tags:
• Each color will represent family tree
We
can design, set-up and print Invitations:
Includes 200 one color invitations
and envelopes.
We can provide merchant services:
- We
can accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
All applicable merchantfees associated will be deducted.
Funds are available 24 hours after processing and a check
will be mailed to you thereafter.
We
can provide marketing services:
(Price per job)
- We
can provide all of your marketing materials such as, flyers,
web page,
internet services, other media affiliations and etc.
We
can provide travel arrangements and car rentals
Our
staff of professionals will assist in making this a wonderful
family event.
